Legalia was founded in 2009 by Harold Dulait, former lawyer and legal interim manager.

From 2009 to 2012

Legalia develops a stable network of legal interim managers and offers many consultancy services within major Belgian and international enterprises.

This experience is what allows them to quickly be recognised as one of the main companies specialized in legal interim management on the Belgian market.

In 2012

Encouraged by many clients, Legalia expands its activities to fixed recruitment of judicial, fiscal, compliance and paralegal profiles, all while maintaining the growth of legal interim management.

In 2014

Legalia has an excellent year recruiting many lawyers for its clients in a variety of sectors and developing its legal interim management activities, especially in Brussels and Wallonia.

In 2015

2015 is a transitional year for Legalia, which features the arrival of a new partner, the revision of the internal organization – especially CV management, improvements in the quality of services, the launch of a new communication policy and the discovery of new markets.


We are convinced that specialized recruitment will continue to develop as the years go by. Consequently, we will continue to focus on judicial profiles and everything related, while constantly deepening our expertise in order to make Legalia the benchmark in the sector. We will continue to expand in a consistent and controlled fashion, while respecting our values.
