Legalia is specialized in the recruitment of legal, compliance, tax and paralegal profiles. We work on both long-term recruitments and legal interim management projects.

Our company is growing quickly and is attracting new customers constantly. 

To sustain our development, we are looking for a:




The Position 

The position of Management Assistant entails two main responsibilities: 

Administrative and marketing support 

  • You manage all communication tools of Legalia, in close collaboration with the partners:
    • Website
    • Presence on social networks (Linked In, Facebook…)
    • Preparation and distribution of newsletters and mailings
    • Preparation of business gifts etc.
  • You organize Legalia’s marketing events
  • You prepare job ads and manage the publications with our external partners
  • You organize and manage the partners’ agendas (coordination of interviews with candidates, sales meetings with prospects and follow up meetings with customers)
  • You centralize and classify all administrative documents
  • You are responsible for all office management tasks (answering the phone, ordering stationary, etc)

 Database Management 

  • You manage and keep up to date our database, containing all information related to our candidates, our customers and our prospects


Your Profile

  • You are fluent in Dutch (mother language or similar) and have an excellent command of French and English
  • You are very organized and like to keep things structured and under control
  • You can manage social medias efficiently
  • You are driven and enthusiastic
  • You manage your work autonomously
  • You have an interest in human resource and in the legal sector
  • You respect discretion and confidentiality
  • You have good command of MS Office
  • You have experience in a similar role
  • You like to work in a small and dynamic team and you have positive and friendly personality
